Aeotec Siren 6 (ZW164)

My years of experience with X-10 often lead me to assumptions as to how certain Z-Wave products will function. My dumb.

I’ve just paired to Vera an Aeotec Siren 6 (ZW164) and have it as an appearance in XTension. Vera also has a long list of additional units (_AV Misc 1 through 7) for which XT doesn’t want to make units, but that is not the point (yet).

Again, I was thinking that it would operate like an X-10 Chime (SC546A) - turn on to sound, turn off to silence. The Aeotec doesn’t seem to work that way and I’ve not yet discovered how XTension could trigger the sounding (and silencing) of the Siren 6.

Has anybody installed one of these Siren 6 devices and succeeded in triggering it through an XT script?
