Darksky plugin not updating

So, of course, the goal is to include weather data on my webremote
interfaces.  I am a farmer, after all, so I have to be able to complain
about the weather.  Or, at least know that I should make sure the pilot
light is still on I my wife's studio, and the greenhouse heater is
working, etc.

I've futzed with that a bit this evening, and I have a problem with it
updating.  In that it doesn't.  I have it set to update every 5 minutes,
but it only updates current wind speed, and then only when I disable and
re-enable the interface.  Because it's not updating, I've got a stuck
forecast in Arabic (for some reason the language menu didn't keep my
setting the first time I ran it). 

I know there are updates - the temperature has changed, we had a new
special weather statement, rain has started and stopped, there have been
high wind gusts, etc. since it last updated those values.  Here's what
the log does when I re-enable the interface:
