Foscam C1 instructions and other stuff (was Re: Video Cameras new with RTSP)

Yipee! It works, the rtsp stream. It was an authentication problem. I used
ONVIF device manager to get the stream path and the also inputed the user
and pass in the boxes the password is hashed or something in the stream so
it is different than the dialog box password. But it works! I also like
that I have them in Zoneminder with a mobile app to view. Now time to make
these work the way I want.
So for a $36 dollar camera with 2MP and 1080P these are not to shabby. The
main draw back this model is not POE so they need a POE breakout cable to
12V and Ethernet.
