Foscam C1 instructions and other stuff (was Re: Video Cameras new with RTSP)

I could not for the life of me get the snapshot url to work. It is still a
rstp:// url so no way to make it work as a jpeg refresh. But then I
remembered I'm also using ZoneMinder so I added this cameras rstp address
and the accessed the ZoneMinder url with the snapshot as an http://
address. I get jpeg snapshots. Now I will try to see if my belt and
suspenders setup works inside of XTension later.
