[XTension] Hubitat C-8 , delay between command and action most annoying

This is definitely something not experienced with Vera - the too-frequent delay between a Siri, or XTension command, and the C-8-homed device fulfilling the command. It is inconsistent - device X may be delayed on one occasion, and instantly respond the next (minutes or hours between commands). I'm trying to find a pattern, but none found yet. I am thinking of excluding then re-including a couple that seem to misbehave regularly.

If other have encountered this issue, and have found a solution, please tell me. If you have this issue and not found a solution, know that you are not alone. Perhaps this is unique to the C-8. I didn't have a lot of devices on my C-7, but I might move a couple of the regularly delinquent devices off the C-8 and onto my C-7.

I've added a 'Query (this(Unit)' command at the end of many of my unit On/Off scripts, but that does not seem to have improved anything.

Suggestions are most welcome.
