I'm not getting Xtension Discussion since Aug

I am becoming concerned about James. Is there anyone helping him “run” XTension?  Reason I ask is because we have been trying to activate a new license for a few weeks — paid but still have not received the license. Also, I do not see any messages from James for nearly a month.

Does anyone know if James is okay?
