I know this has already had a long discussion but I’m starting back at the beginning ;)

The Vera interface will create some garbage units as the Vera sends some garbage data and I have no of knowing if it’s sending an amps measurement for a motion sensor because that makes sense or just that it’s including a data field that will never have anything in it. In general these cannot be deleted as they will just re-appear the next time the interface does a low level database sync with the Vera or the next time you restart the interface or the app.

If these are things you added and removed from the Vera and are no longer in the Vera then you can definitely just delete them. The plugin does not try to delete units that are no longer in the Vera, so it’s definitely worth at least trying to delete them and if they re-appear then, no you can’t delete them, if they don’t then yes, you can delete them ;) The Vera is very chatty when it comes to sending extra data that I can’t assume won’t be a valid unit value at some point, so there will always be a few things that you can’t make go away.
