TPLink devices not responding

I have only one TPLink duplex outlet.

I noticed it stopped working sometime, not sure when. What kind of troubleshooting should I be doing for it?

I can turn the outlets on/off with the Kasa App no problem.

When in debug mode, I see the following when I turn on one of the units in XTension:
4/26/20 2:24:25 PM FR2: handling command from XTension:
4/26/20 2:24:25 PM TPLink: addr=68:FF:7B:80:4E:0E.1
4/26/20 2:24:25 PM TPLink: APfx=xt.tplink.outlet
4/26/20 2:24:25 PM TPLink: mcmd=OFF
4/26/20 2:24:25 PM TPLink: PkID=2089005054702
4/26/20 2:24:25 PM TPLink: Discovering devices...
4/26/20 2:24:30 PM TPLink: Discovering devices…

But the light plugged in to the outlet does nothing.

Also, when I turn it on with the App, I see nothing in the log that indicates it polled (set to 30 seconds in the interface) and has sen that the device has changed state.

Although I do see the following sometimes in the log, not sure what it is related:
4/26/20 2:27:39 PM pinging interface (1)

I was using build 1015 I then upgraded to build 1021.

4/26/20 2:32:55 PM TPLink: getDevice( 68:FF:7B:80:4E:0E) rediscovery complete still no device found
4/26/20 2:32:55 PM xtOutlet( FR2).xtTurnOff: device was not found and unit error already set

Probably should not have done the following, but oh well.

I deleted the units and the interface and started over with a new interface name.

Now it won’t discover them:
4/26/20 2:34:54 PM TPLink: getDevice( 68:FF:7B:80:4E:0E) starting discovery to find device
4/26/20 2:34:54 PM TPLink: Discovering devices...
4/26/20 2:34:57 PM TPLink: getDevice( 68:FF:7B:80:4E:0E) rediscovery complete still no device found
4/26/20 2:34:57 PM XTPowerstrip( TP-LINK_Smart Plug_4E0E).doPoll( getDevice returns None and error already set)

I also saw the following in the log. Not sure if it is related. Maybe my Python install is hosed up? I tried Homekit, but don’t really use it much. It does seem to work still.

4/26/20 2:39:44 PM HK1: [zeroconf] Choked at offset 0 while unpacking b'\n\xba\x10\x00'

Any ideas are appreciated.

Thanks.
