I have several “central scene” capable scene controllers that work absolutely fantastic. If you’re using the older scene controllers then yes, they are garbage because ZWave simply didn’t support them in a way that you could do anything with the event other than link other ZWave device levels to them. The newer central scene devices work great as they just provide an event to XTension that you can then do anything you like with.

which works perfectly. I have purchased a few others that also work perfectly but that don’t show up on simple searches anymore. If you need a replacement for the hard wire in multi-switch X10 style switches lets talk about that. I figured out the wiring necessary to use those switches on an arduino backend to XTension quite a while ago, but have had difficulty making anything I can sell as it’s hard to make them fit in with a regular switch without custom plastics. If this is something I should pursue and expend the considerable effort to make work let me know.
