XT send email from an Apple mail account

Hello Michel,

Thank you for you comprehensive note.

I have for quite some time been using my ISP-provided email account for my XT mail; however, recently, and no doubt because of the extra heavy Internet load brought on by COVID ‘house arrests,’ I was getting failures in my XT mail attempts to the ISP server. I thought that moving to a ‘me.com’ mail account might change things, but, as you know, that failed. For the time being, I’ve simply commented out my calls to email, which were about exterior doors opening & closing and good to know when I’m away; but I’m not away, right now, nor will I likely be for some time.

The exercise has been worthwhile, and I intend to fine tune the process to send those messages only when I am not home, and I may try a gmail or similar non-ISP account.
