Using Siri to control XTension

To resurrect an old thread...
Amazon has recently revised the Echo Dot to be smaller and is offering them
in 6 and 12 packs. They're $50 each, but if you buy 5 you get one free.
They supposedly opened up the API a bit more. They brag how it works with
Wink, WeMo, Nest, Insteon, ecobee, etc... but no Vera. Some folks have done
workarounds to get it to work with Vera through some server calls.
Looks like James's cuppa tea!!
