Odd scripting problem

Hello XTensioneers,

I’m having a scripting problem that no matter what I do, will not work… anymore. 
It used to work with 584, but now with 625 and 627, one way I write it tells me that it “Can’t turn Mr. & Mrs. Handley” into a boolean. If I write it the way below, it tells me:
 “OAS Error -2741: Expecting a “then”, etc. but found unknown token.” 

To me, the latter means I have an invisible character someplace. So I’ve rewritten twice a small portion of the full script to see where it breaks, and it still breaks, and after 2 hours, it’s time to ask for help. Something has changed I think?

I only have one working version of XTension running…927, and previous versions have been zipped or trashed. (I made that mistake last week!)

Another question I have is with the new XTension, many things have been added and changed. That’s GREAT James! I’m still discovering them, but one that is really annoying me today is that the “Handlers” button in the script editor is ghosted out, and no alternate keystrokes I can fine enable it.

How do you enable it? It certainly makes for difficult script writing.
