Barix address DHCP weirdness?

Using the arp -a command indeed the Barix shows up. It is just that it doesn't seem to play along with the DHCP server.
As most of the server now works correctly, also this last little piece should fall into place.
Well, Wireshark already landed on the server's hard disk so it is just a matter of time before things are clear.
