I have rewired my ninja mount and cameras to stay on all the time. The power supplies have 2 outputs, one that stays on all the time and one that switches with the reception of the X10 command. I've altered the power cable to the camera so that it stays on all the time and only the ninja mount sees the other signal. That way I can send X10 commands to turn on and off the ninja remotes so I can control 1 or the other, but the cameras stay on and since I ran a wire for them they can all go into the IP9100 all the time.

I have no idea if this same idea is applicable to the sentinel cameras but X10 is usually very frugal with their tech reusing it wherever possible and I would be surprised if it didn't work in a similar way.

Thanks,
