[XTension] Hubitat not syncing with Xtension

Hi Chuck,

Welcome to my world. I too have done the transfer of some 80+ devices from Vera to a Hubitat C-8, and it has been a frustrating experience, to say the least. Not only does Hubitat get out of sync with XT, Hubitat itself loses sync with the devices. I have situations an XT On command doesn't seem to execute, and I believe that it is because the HE thinks the device is already on. The immediate solution to that situation seems to be to issue an Off command, followed by the On command.

I really believe the issue is within the HE, because I have added the Hubitat app to my iPad, and that too seems not to reflect the reality of device status.

Another indication of an HE issue is that I have a unit (rear garden lights (RGL)) that are represented in the devices web page of the HE, and appears when one does a complete dump ( see 'Get All Devices' in the Maker API app), and yet the device does NOT appear in the list generated through Settings/Z-Wave Details. I can turn that circuit on and off via XT. Strange!

I must note that some circuits that experienced lag in the past are now much more responsive, but even initially responsive devices encounter lag at subsequent commands.

I haven't yet posted these notes to the HE community, but will soon. I'm still wanting to provide verifiable proof that the issue is in the HE, and I may move a couple of regularly OOS (out of sync) devices off my C-8 and onto my C-7, to see if it might be a platform issue.

I've lots to do, but have to split my time between these issues and other activities. I'll share when I discover anything relevant; but am open to suggestions and questions.
