[XTension] Couples of things not working

It appears that my XTension database is somewhat off. There are couple of things that are not working properly. I am not sure how to fix it or maybe it has been broken for a several revision?

I already include this unit to multiple interfaces, the error is still showing up.

Other issue, when I edit the unit and enable ‘Reverse Logic’ and then save. The unit will not reflect the opposite logic as if I haven’t change this setting. Is it suppose to flip the logic like the green cube flip to red cube and vice versa.

Maybe my XTension file is partly corrupted, Is there a way I can rebuild the database? I am using XTension 9.5.2 (1079) on 2014 iMac macOS Big Sur (11.7.6).
