[XTension] Hubitat ghost units - The continuing saga

I have 3 Leviton Z-Wave outlets (DRZ15) in the front garden. They all worked through my Vera Plus, but I was never able to get those paired with the C-8.

After the major ghost clearance, I tried once more to pair those outlets. I had absolutely no success. 

I figured that I would just replace the outlets with standard (not smart) units and use outdoor plug-in Z-Wave outlets, which I seem to have in surplus. But, before I quit, I thought that I’d try to include with these outlets with my HE C-7, which is still in service serving only my Home Energy Monitor. 

Well, what a surprise. On the first try at pairing these outlets with C-7, they included, and are once again in the XT Master List.

I guess I’ll not be retiring the C-7, but now have to understand the possible benefits of a Hub Mesh.
