DarkSky end of life next january - How to replace

I have used WeatherMan for at least a decade. It works well but has a nasty habit of stalling and can be a memory hog. My fix is that I run a script that kills the app every day and that has solved the problems I used to have with it.
What would be nice is that if someone, not me, could figure out the forecast off the Tempest Weather station as I have one of those. It is very reliable and I have noticed it changes the forecast often if necessary so it is very up to date. WeatherMan only updates every hour as the data comes from the NWS.
Like you, I use the forecast to adjust the temperature of the house dependent on what the temperature will be tomorrow so that is very comport to my system.
