Phillips Hue Bulbs Outdoors?

Anyone using Phillips Hue Bulbs Outdoors?   I would rather have outdoor-rated floodlights however, with the proper enclosure, I was thinking that I might be able to direct most of the light downward.

A Facebook friend claims to have used them a couple of seasons in Oklahoma City and another, in Phoenix.   Not sure if I want to take the change on purchasing a bunch of them unless I hear from person who use them outdoors in their Home Automation setup.

Anyone?
