The XTdb database is stored in the Application Support folder for the user. If you’ve run XTdb on the new machine then it will have created a new one that you’ll need to overwrite. Make sure to quit XTdb first, then replace the newly created but empty database in your Application Support folder with the one from the old machine. Then restart XTdb and it should pick up where it left off.
If you go to the preferences window in XTdb the middle button in the Database Location section is for “open parent” which will open the application support folder in the finder and highlight the database for you. Thats the simplest way to get to it. Then you can quit XTdb and replace it with the other. Getting to it otherwise means holding down the option key as you pull down the “Go” menu in the finder and selecting the “LIbrary” folder, and then opening the Application Support folder from that.

I had lost mine during an OS update, but got it back via TimeMachine. Good luck,
