Enbrighten Plug-in Wi-Fi Smart Switch (Jasco 51512)

My suggestion is to use a brand for which there is already an interface in XTension.

I'm having good luck with the TP-Link/Kasa switches and plugs. The XTension already exists (though it needs James to adopt my suggested changes to work without flaw) and the units are inexpensive and use very little power. I have them integrated with XTension, Alexa, and HomeKit/Siri — all through XTension.

Using the suggested iPad app, I was able to have the switch appear on my LAN (I have the LAN IP address) and to control (On/Off) it with the app. The next step is bringing it into XTension. I believe that I am going to have to create a DIY interface, but believe that I need API information for the switch.
