Duplicate AID in Homekit interface

Hello,
i have recently moved some units from Vera to Hubitat, and am now finding that I have some units that can no longer be shared in the Homekit interface, I get the following error in the log “ValueError: Duplicate AID found when attempting to add interface”  and Homekit interface will not startup.

I have tried fully deleting the unit in question, but I have the same issue once it is re-created.

Has anyone else seen this, or have a hint as to how to resolve?
