I love the ESP chips and am happy to look into the support of them. They also have something like ESPHome or something like that which does a lot of stuff people are using. I assume it works by just joining the network and sending some kind of broadcast every so often? There are so many ways you might do this depending on if you were trying to run on batteries or not many of them would work fine with XTension but I’ve added this to my list of stuff to investigate but as you’ve seen if you’re reading the list it’s getting longer and longer even as I return emails the last couple of days ;)
