EMERGENCY!

James,
I’m writing this at 5:00 PM because I haven’t heard from you, and if I didn’t make it clear in my email sent the morning, I want to make sure you know now that I consider this an emergency.
Besides Covid this year I haven’t hear from you much and you know what else I’m referring.
We have been friends since way back in 2009 when I started discussing XTension problems with you after several years of talking with and writing to Michael.
I have no idea why you have treated me this way, this is an emergency I won’t walk away from after spending many, many tens of thousands of dollars to incorporate XTension into our home.
I am aware that Chuck and even Dave who was also fighting a W800 problem, and perhaps others haven’t reported this XTB problem, but I am!
I have had a 100% perfect failure of XTension, and I’ve provided to you correspondence from Jeff Volp, inventor of XTB indicating he thinks Python is the likely culprit. Dave Fleck has documented the problem. I asked for you advice on his temporary fix and hear nothing. I have pointed out that my XTension List email and passwords no longer work and that alone demands your assistance.

Hi George,
I don't know anything about Python and never used a Mac. But there is a handshaking protocol defined by the CM11A document that must be adhered to from the computer side. I assume Python is involved in that.
Jeff
Ihave changed out every component there is in the system to no avail. It’s time you get involved with advice on how to solve this. You are now the sole support person for XTension and I’m beyond needing help.
Sincerely,
George

Please refresh my memory as to how it’s done as it’s been a while, and I can’t get into the archives with either of my accounts as toy say the user name or password is bad. And I found no such subject in the regular search on your site.

Then to start it up, I thought I pressed the command or Option or both to open it up. Most of the time I would be starting a new DB, but every once in a while I would get in with what appeared to be everything, but upon closer scrutiny, I found that none of the 300 house units has ANY interface assigned to them.
