Meant to get this out 2 days ago but between having sick kids home from school and my own debugging continuing to turn up things I can fix it hasn’t been ready until now.

You DO NOT need to be running OSX 12.3 in order to test this. Please give it a few moments of runtime on any OS that is supported.

The point of this release is to completely remove the requirement for the system to have python2.7 installed which was removed in OSX 12.3. If you can run the above alpha until there are some errors to report or until something happens that doesn’t work properly and has some log entries you can send me that would be very helpful in making sure the same problems don’t show up in the next actual release. Since no other changes to the database are made you can go back to the last release at any time it starts to give you trouble.

I fully expect there to be problems as the changes from Python2 to 3 are many and some are subtle and not obvious from code review. I have been running this build for days on my own machines without any further problems but this does not test every single possible code path that had to be altered. Once you have some log data for me you can go back to the release until I can sort it out.

I would appreciate it if the log entries of any errors be sent to me directly off the list just in case there is a lot of it so that we dont fill everyones in boxes with log output that won’t mean anything to them.

Your help with this is greatly appreciated! And after this is working we can go back to working on new things and bug fixing as needed until Apple changes the next big thing that I have to rebuild everything because of.
