I have this exact model that I bought MANY years ago used from another list member, sorry I don’t remember you :) But it’s been working flawlessly ever since then.

You’ll need some kind of contact closure device to get it into XTension. I have mine connected to the weeder board in the garage but any zwave or other such contact closure would work fine. 

I recommend these! A very reliable and long term good investment.
