Did you do the “Install USB Device Support” from the File menu? You need both the plugin and that to work. It will ask you for an admin password in order to install those. I know in my previous email I was wondering about if I removed that menu item or not, I seem to have only disabled it in OS versions I didn’t think would support them so it should be there unless it thinks you’re running too new an OS. 

If the menu item is not there then we will need to do it manually. I can walk you through that it’s not complicated.
