OT: Starlink

I have to have the Mac Mini assign IP addresses because my LTE router only connects via WiFi and my security cameras, stereo receiver, Blu-ray player, don/t have WiFi and can only connect with Ethernet. So I have the Mac Mini handle the IP addresses, some using DHCP, with some of the units like my security camera NVR which is a fixed IP. The Mac Mini is in staring internet mode to get all those units online.

James, One of the main reasons I am switching is that the data cap from my cell provider is crimping my style. My wife finally retired completely and we are spinning a lot more time at our vacation home so the data cap has got to go. Starlink has no data cap and the bandwidth is much higher. I have deleted all other WiFi connections in the Network pane so there is only one that it can connect to. But for some reason the WifI just won’t connect and when that happens the computer restarts. I also have it set to restart every night so that it resets everything which seems to work well and had stopped a lot of problems. WeatherMan is always stalling and these daily restart, which includes a kill all for iTunes and WeatherMan (both stop the restart from time to time), had fixed all those problems. Once Starlink is online, hopefully, I will have much higher bandwidth and be able to have near constant connection between my homes.
