OK, confused with scenes and Hubitat

Check the habitat device driver.
For Smart Scene Switch NZW30, use Inovelli Z-Wave Smart Scene Switch
For Smart Scene Switch S2. LZW30-SN, use Inovelli Z-Wave Smart Scene Switch S2

Turn on habitat interface debug and see if anything is received when you operate switch.
