Software Defined Radio Errors

Actually, knowing what that the radio cannot be found tells me a lot.  When I first plugged it in and was trying it out I noticed that it got very hot, too hot.  I am not familiar enough with this type of device so I was not sure if it burned out or not until you just confirmed it.  Below is what I ordered.  It was cheap enough that I can try another.  If that one burns up I may be back with recommendations.
