recommendations for UPS purchase?

Dear Xtensioneers,

Our new home in a rural area of Florida is experiencing frequent power glitches, surges, and outages. My husband works from home so it is kind of important to try to keep the equipment from crashing especially if the power event is just a brief off/on. 

Does anyone have recommendations for UPS units?  My husband’s work station is a mac mini, a TV/monitor, older Time Capsule for TM backup, and a Samsung laser printer.  
Our internet modem is on the main level of the house (husband’s office in the loft). While the modem is also a router we use an Airport Extreme unit directly connected to the modem/router for our in-home wifi.  So I would probably need at least 2 UPS units: one for husband’s office equipment and one for the incoming internet.

Finally, I have not yet set up my Xtension mac mini. I haven’t exactly decided where to establish myself in this home.
