Hi Cecil,

The way that I am reading what you wrote, the HomePods (WiFi) and iPad (WiFi) have no access to the devices on the wired network - they are on separate networks (separate routers).

But, why 2 routers? Do they both get separate IP addresses from your service provider? 

Or is the ‘WiFi router’ really a WAP (Wireless Access Point) to which you’ve assigned responsibility for DHCP?

I don’t know enough about your arrangement, but I would suggest placing the Wi-Fi ‘router’ into bypass mode (simply a WAP, not a router) downstream from the primary (only) router, and putting DHCP into the hands of that primary router.
