Upgrade problems

Good morning Tony,
The upgrade process from such a long time ago is a pain as Apple changed so much about several underlying things worked that it’s not even possible for me to open the scripts in the older database with an app linked against the newer libraries that Apple now requires.
The first error with networking you will need to allow XTension to do that as all the communications to it’s internal plugins are done over that same networking layer.
The second error you can ignore. That was the background script that restarted XTension if it should crash and is not needed on newer versions of the app.
Once it’s been opened once though it should then open in everything up to the newest version. Can you zip up and email me, off the list please, your original un-converted database? I will run it through the process here and see if I can get it to convert without any errors.

I get that I needed to open my database in version 7 build 854 and have done so. I put build 854 on and can run Xtension with my database on the MacBook Pro but it will not run using XT version 9.4.30. It hangs at the “Opening Database” screen.
