Philips Hue units

I do not have an XTension unit that toggles-all units. I am sure I could program one.
As far as controlling units over the internet, I can directly control my Hue units from within the Home app. You can also program pseudo units in XTension and make them appear in the Home app. I have the status of my two HVAC thermostats appear in the Home app (they are controlled by XTension through the Vera) as well as a pseudo unit that operates like a button - it turns the heat up 2 degrees for 75 minutes.
If you want to see any of my XTension scripts I would be happy to share them.
Warm regards,
Paul

That is not the case with XTension, I cannot control Xtension from the internet. I know some people do that, I have never been able to fix that. So, having Xtension connected to the Hue hub illuminate me being able to control those units from the internet. Does your Xtension have a unit that toggles all units?

Is there a particular reason you elected to use a Vera plugin to interface with the Hue base? I use the Vera Plus for Z-Wave devices. I gave up on Zigbee devices as the ones I tested did not remain consistently connected.
