XTension notarized for Catalina...

Hi folks, this is not a suggestion that XTension is ready for Catalina as there are still many plugins that had to be removed from the package to get through Apple’s new notarization procedure. I was ultimately successful and if you are stuck at Catalina with a new machine or have run the update without realizing then this build will get you by as I add back in re-built versions of the original plugins.
I can’t tell you how many hoops I just had to jump through before they would even accept the upload to process. Including linking a bank account to the app store even though I do not currently have any software on the app store and was not applying XTension to it. But I have no done that linking and filled out all the tax forms that they wanted as if I was suddenly going to make a lot of money selling software through them that I haven’t actually written yet ;)
More info about what does and doesn’t work on Catalina is on the wiki here: http://machomeautomation.com/doku.php/tech_notes/catalina
There may be other things that don’t work since it is not possible to install Catalina even on an external drive without it corrupting your internal drive I have not been able to setup more than an older external box for testing. So if you discover something else that doesn’t work properly I’ll be as surprised about it as you are.
I believe, though am not certain, that if you use Carbon Copy Cloner to image an older working disk to a new machine via target disk mode that it will be able to do so, but it might not due to the new T2 security chip in the newer machines. If anyone gives it a try and learns one way or the other please let me know.
