The Leviton VRCZ4-M0Z Zone controller is the Z-Wave equivalent of the X-10 XPT; however, despite numerous pleas with the folks at Vera, Vera does not configure it properly. I am convinced that the people at Vera do not know the difference between zone control and scene control.

Although I have replaced almost all X-10 control devices in my network, I still have 2 Leviton HXC4D devices in place. 

Leviton had a good replacement for X-10 XPT / XP4D combination product in its HXC4D, but eventually dropped X-10 devices from there product family. 

Like the XPT, the VRCZ4-M0Z does not directly control a load.
