Scripting global script creation/modification

There is not currently a way to script the creation of global scripts. You can make any number of “handlers” from a plugin and even create some pseudo global scripts from the plugin that will show up in the global scripts menu item as if they were shared from a remote XTension database, but you cannot create actual global scripts in the local system via a script.
