Is Costco offer for Hue starter kit a good deal?

As a counter-point, I am all in in hue. I’ve had good luck with the “change
turn on default” setting, but my power is pretty stable. Mine are set to
turn back on to their prior level. Not that even with this set, power
cycling them twice quickly always goes to the factory default setting. If
your power often blips off and on twice in rapid succession then maybe
they’re no good for you.

The place I just moved out of was 90% hue. The place I just moved into will
be 95% hue. Mostly controlled through xtension.
