Subject: XTension 9.4.15

I did the conversion. The first time it didn’t go well so I backed up a step and tried again. I must have done something wrong the first time as Barionet 100 seems fine now. I’m only using two relays at this point. There were a bunch of duplicate units created, but I deleted them and they do nor re-appear on a restart. So far. Relays are working.

I have some strange things going on with Vera though (UI7), but it does seem to be working normally.

This is now fairly well tested as far as the new Barix interface is concerned. I?d appreciate if anyone using the Barix devices will do a database backup and then attempt the conversion, see the barix plugin wiki page for more info on doing that, if you have problems you can put back your old database and restart XTension to be back to the old way of doing things in just a few moments. I?m not about to remove the old barix plugin so there is no hurry to convert other than to help me debug the thing. At some point though Apple will stop allowing 32 bit apps to run and the old barix plugin is a 32 bit app. For now though I?ll be just leaving it in there so as not to force anyone who?s happy with things to do any extra work….
