Vera lost all devices

Regardless of any of that you shouldn’t HAVE to start over! I’ve not heard from others that such nasty things are possible. People have trouble, but never having it just forget about everything! Thats just not OK. I would love to know what Vera has to say about such a thing but I understand that calling support is a horrible time and energy sink and even worse if you’re trying to finish up a remodel. We’ve done that not that long ago and it took me 2 years to recover from it emotionally ;) And now as the crap they did is starting to fail and the doors they hung no longer close and so forth I’m starting to creep back to emotional states I thought I was done with. Do you ask the people who did it horrifically wrong the first 2 times to come back to fix it? Or do you suck it up and fix it yourself or pay yet another person who might be a total moron to fix it? I don’t know… But I totally understand the frustration! If you have any energy left one day you really should call Vera up and see if they have some solution. They might...
