Web Remote Issues

Usually I wander away from the computer at some point in the evening and just leave my web interfaces connected. It used to be that they would happily reconnect in the morning when I woke up my screens but they don’t do that anymore. I don’t have the problem on the mobile client as I just don’t leave that running for hours on end and if the phone locks or goes to sleep then hitting the home screen button reloads it from scratch. If you are using a tablet as a desktop controller or display though I suppose it’s possible that it could do it when the screen goes to sleep.
I do not see the problem ever when I’m using the machine or the machine is awake. I can never interact with my web remote screen and just leave it there showing me updates and info all day and this has never happened. For me it only happens when I let the screen go to sleep on my machine and even then it takes many hours. I left this machine sometime last night and the last time shown in my server time display was around 3am so it ran even with the screen asleep for that long before it gave up and disconnected.
I will play with the timeouts and the session timeouts but I think it’s an issue with the javascript in the browser app just not doing anything with the error of being disconnected after it wakes up. Like I said I reported this error but I am having trouble duplicating it for them in a sample app not connected to my machine so they might not be able to figure out what they changed. I didn’t change anything and it did work properly in previous library versions.
I will experiment with my own regular ping from the server but it’s slow going because I can only really test it once a day or so ;)
