Vera Security Units - only 4 out of 5 have the new companion

If I’m seeing the events then you should be getting an alien address reception for the device. Are you seeing that in the log or in the Alien Address window for that the way you did for the missing LightsOn unit? 


Try manually creating a new unit, set it’s address to the address of the missing sensor if you know it, is the old unit still there? The numerical part of the address is all that you need. Then set the device type popup for the unit to Security and see if it starts to pick up the events.


If that doesn’t work then there is some further data gathering we can do so that I can see exactly what the Vera thinks about unit in question.
