Involved: JSON generated on raspberry pi not understood by my unit ON script?

Sorry I didn’t mention this earlier, but for years I’ve used an LDR (photo resistor) across the contacts of a DS10. It sits outside, with no direct light exposure, and reacts slow enough to escape any errant light/dark events.
