All the Ecobee3 Alien devices reappeared. I tried Make unit with each individually, and then as a group. No units were created in Xtension.

Is that Ecobee thermostat a ZWave thermostat? Or is that their WiFi wifi device that goes through the cloud? If it’s over wifi I suspect something is different about the units that the Vera is sending us and I’m not immediately recognizing them as HVAC devices that need new units created.

If you put your Vera in debug mode for a few hours you should find somewhere in the log a huge dump of all the units from the Vera, it does that every so often. That will have all the info in it that I need to know about the different units and how to get them into XTension properly. If you can also find some entries that are just updates for the HVAC units that would be equally helpful. The same for the motion and temp sensors. If you want to just turn on debug mode and run it for a day that way you can send me a zipped up copy of the log to dig through and I’ll try to find what I need in it. Please make sure that you’re actually moving around in front of those motion sensors and that there are some updates for the temp sensors in the time frame you’ve turned on debug mode for. Also please send me the names of the units in the Vera so I can find them without having to guess what debug packets actually apply ;) You can send me that off the list and I’ll take a look and see if we can figure it out.
