Alexa ( was: Re: XTension won't stay quitted)

Don't know every detail yet bit the jist is that I'll create a server in
software that listens for and broadcasts UPNP packets. This will make a
virtual Hue Hub. The Alexa App can discover this hub and as long as I talk
nicely and advertise what "lights" the hub controls you can ask Alexa to
control those lights. The software will get a JSON request from Alexa then
I just have to translate that into an XTension command.

This makes it all local. No cloud necessary. But the commands are very
limited to "Turn On", "Turn Off" and "Dim".
