Unit values not getting updated in unit list windows (now with feature idea)

Yes, I know you can manually freeze the log, but you have to actually recognize what you’re looking for first, which can be hard on a rapidly-scrolling log. My idea would make it automatic.
Further refinement: a freeze time of 0 would stop the scrolling until you manually resume it.
Another option: before freezing, log the next half-dozen or so lines for better context. And display the line that ordered the freeze in bold text or something.
