68k/10.6 compatible vera interface for #854 (maybe...)

Greetings,

Got tied up with ‘real’ work this weekend, and finally tried the new veraf.isf today. Only had time for a few quick tests but so far it seems to be working.

When I flip a unit in XTension, the z-wave device responds. When I toggle a device in Vera, the status is reflected in XTension. So far, so good.

The only (obvious) issue is that the log is filled with UPB errors;
