68k/10.6 compatible vera interface for #854 (maybe...)

This version SHOULD be compatible with 10.5.8 Bill. I compiled it with an OLD version of the compiler ;) It will probably run as far back as 10.4 but I’m not entirely sure about the other components that are included. Putting it into the package should only take a minute ;) If it works then you’re good, if it doesn’t run then just put back the original one! I think you should give it a try and let me know what happens!
