Wow, thats a great bug :) I once installed a font that had all the characters upside down on all the computers in the computer lab in high school ;) But thats not quite the same thing ;)
There is a “typing direction” property of all the cocoa text controls. But I’ll be darned if I can imagine how it could get set to backwards without your specifically doing so. might be some kind of goof in reading the keyboard type, or just bad data in a structure that they are using to create the controls rather than doing it programmatically and some of the opaque data has changed. Regardless, thats a good one :)
