I haven’t looked at these things in great detail, but I still don’t see an OSX app interface for it. It’s ONLY for devices that will be controlled and separate physical hubs. If the Vera people decided to support it then that would at least give us a subset of the ability to control it. It still looks to me like there is no officially sanctioned way for a desktop app to hook into it at all. Though I haven’t looked at the new stuff in great detail so I might have missed it.
There are open source hacks that will let you do it, and I could make an XTension interface for them. Sadly Apple has been sending letters from their legal department to people that try to turn that into an actual product. Not to mention the fact that it could all stop working at any point. Connecting that to XTension is non-trivial but not impossible. Though just getting all the source code to compile seems impossible on some days. It doesn’t have to be this hard, they just don’t consider people like you and me a market they need to support.
If you just want some siri control over things you can try the ALMOST as good system of using messages to send data into XTension via:

I can tell my computer that “it’s time for romance” the lights in our bedroom dim slowly out, the hue bulbs start cycling colors slowly, the remote controlled candles all turn on, Barry White starts playing and the mirrored ball lowers from the ceiling. Then my wife starts laughing WAY too hard for any romance to happen at all, so my advice is not to overdo it...
